Through this Open Innovation Program, we aim to source and scale startups that can plug into CityOS, Cognitive’s intelligent operating system and co-develop technologies that enhance sustainability, city operations, and quality of life.
Our Mission
We are building the urban blueprint of tomorrow. This program is designed to identify and accelerate transformative startups that can integrate into Cognitive’s CityOS stack. Together, we’ll pilot solutions in Elisium, a living lab for ethical AI and advanced urban technology, and scale globally through Cognitive’s ecosystem of partner cities and developers.
Application Process
Submit your application through our online form. Our team will review your solution and assess fit. Shortlisted startups will be invited for a meeting to discuss collaboration opportunities. Selected startups will join the program and work with a global innovator.

Our application process runs quarterly. Submissions are reviewed within 4-6 weeks of the closing date. Shortlisted startups will be contacted directly for further discussion.
